  • Job applications: résumé, cover letter and contact details sent through our job board.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your requests, schedule meetings, deliver and bill our services, assess applications, run B2B campaigns for our clients and improve our website. We never sell personal information.

B2B prospects: your right to opt out

If Zone B2B contacted you as part of a campaign, you can ask at any time not to be contacted again (unsubscribe link, reply to the email, request during a call, or email info@zoneb2b.com). Your request is added to our suppression list and honoured promptly.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us deliver our services (web hosting, HubSpot, Calendly, Google, CRM and communication tools), with our clients when a meeting is scheduled with them or an application is presented to them, or when required by law. Some providers are located outside your province or country; we use contractual safeguards to protect your information.

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable security measures (restricted access, protected accounts, encrypted connections).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent or object to prospecting. Email info@zoneb2b.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction (for example Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information).
