These terms govern the use of zoneb2b.com and the services provided by Zone B2B, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming (USA), located at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“Zone B2B”, “we”). Where a signed agreement or proposal exists between Zone B2B and a client, its terms prevail over these terms in case of conflict.

1. Our services

Zone B2B provides business-to-business (B2B) business development services: appointment setting and multichannel prospecting (LinkedIn, business calls, professional email), lead generation, marketing services and specialized recruitment. Our services are for businesses only. We contact business decision-makers only, through their professional contact details. Our agents do not sell any product and never take payments over the phone: they qualify interest and schedule meetings between the prospect and the client.

2. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about its business, offer and ideal client.
• Offer lawful products or services and not request misleading outreach.
• Attend scheduled meetings or notify us of availability changes.
• Comply with the laws that apply to its own communications with prospects.

3. Campaign compliance

Our campaigns comply with the laws that apply to commercial communications, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), unsolicited telecommunications rules (Canada’s DNCL, the US National Do Not Call Registry and the TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act and the GDPR. Every prospect can ask not to be contacted again, and the request is honoured promptly.

4. Results

We use professional means to reach the agreed objectives. Unless a specific written commitment appears in the signed agreement, we do not guarantee a number of meetings, sales or hires, as these results also depend on the market and the client’s offer.

5. Pricing, billing and payment

Package prices are stated in the proposal given to the client. Prospecting packages are billed monthly according to the schedule in the agreement. Recruitment fees are payable when the client hires a candidate introduced by Zone B2B, at the rate set in the agreement. We accept bank transfer, Wise and Interac.

6. Term and cancellation

Our packages have no minimum commitment. The client may cancel at any time by written notice to info@zoneb2b.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund terms are described in our refund and cancellation policy.

7. Confidentiality and data

Each party keeps the other party’s non-public information confidential. How we handle personal information is described in our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

Website content (text, logo, design) belongs to Zone B2B. Scripts, sequences and reports produced for a client may be used by that client for its own purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zone B2B’s total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the client for the services concerned during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Zone B2B is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), subject to mandatory provisions that apply in the client’s jurisdiction. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably.
